Abstract submission
You are invited to submit your abstract limited to 300-500 words, under specified thematic areas following ESCC template.
We kindly ask you to avoid the use of complicated notation or mathematical formulas that cannot be written in plain text.
After abstract acceptance notification you will have the opportunity to register and participate in ESCC by presenting your work On-Site, Virtually or as a Poster.
For Poster Demonstration: The author is responsible for printing a poster (banner) of size A0.

Camera-Ready PaPER SUBMISSION
Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit a Camera-Ready Paper of up to 6 pages in order to be considered for publication in the "Book of Proceedings ESCC 2025" with ISSN & ISBN.
Your submission must be written in English.
Camera-Ready Paper must be submitted in Microsoft Office format according to the following ESCC template.
Upload it via the automated form below after Abstract Acceptance Notification and before the September 28th, 2025.
Basic guidelines for proceedings publication
The paper must be original unpublished work.
Selection criteria include high technical quality, relevance to the conference topics, and significant information content.
After submission, a peer review process by at least two reviewers will follow.
You need to make the appropriate changes (if any) according to the review feedback that you receive by email.
Please note that the camera-ready paper will be checked for compliance with the template standards and the reviewers' suggested changes.
Papers that are non-compliant may not be considered for publication in the proceedings.
Publication IN A Special issue
After the acceptance of the Camera-Ready Paper, you will be invited to submit a full paper concerning your presented work to be considered for publication in one of the following Special Issues.
An author can not publish more than one manuscript to a Special Issue.
